All based on me wanting to try his home brew Berliner Weisse. He sent me 3 bottles of it, already had one and it was outstanding! The extras? 3 bottles of Jai Alai IPA(he checked my review and noticed I flipped for it), a Marshal Zhukov's, and a Black Label Girardin!(he must have read a post of mine yearning to drink it again) I hope I can match his generosity when I send out a box tomorrow... Thanks, Matt!! Edit: Ooops. I forgot to mention that he sent a bottle of Rayon Vert, which he apologized for as he read my not too complimentary review after he shipped. I said, no worries, I've only had it once and sometimes a second one changes my perspective on a beer and...it did. I had to edit my review because it definitely tasted better this time around.
Thanks for the shout out Bill. You have no idea how relieved I am that the rayon vert made it through shipping. I picked up two bottles at the liquor store and the one I saved for myself had some serious carbonation. When I went to opened it there was a hissing sound the second the bottle opener touched the crown cap without any real force applied at all. I'm glad you enjoyed it
