So I made a trade with this fine fella earlier last year and since then have set up the parameters of another trade once some more Cascade brewery only drops. While in the midst of talking about the next trade, he asks me if I would be interested in trying some home brew. Me being the beer drinker I am, say hell yes I'm interested! He says ok, gonna send a couple samples your way next week. Jester King Weasel Rodeo Jester King Commercial Suicide and oh yeah, there was some home brew in there! 2013 Sauvin IPA 2012 Kriek with blueberry 2012 Peste Noir an American Wild brewed with black currant and aged in Cab Sav barrels 2012 Singularity an American Wild Stout brewed with Cocoa nibs and aged on oak Freaking bitchin! Damn if that Sauvin IPA ain't legit too. I can come up with 15 breweries in a 75 mile radius that could use some lessons from Jonathon in making a proper IPA. The mouthfeel reminds me of Sean Hill's IPA's, yup, that good. What a treat.
