    Didn’t try the big Stout today, but had a Castle Made of Clouds Too IPA and it was very plain.

    I had high hopes for this one but it was too sweet for me. I am a big fan of pastry stouts and Green Cheek but after an 8oz pour I passed on bottles.

    I was able to get the hazelnut/nutty aroma but this beer was wayyyyy too sweet. The 8oz pour was too much. This is will be better enjoyed shared.

    The sweetness was on par with an AC stout. If you enjoy AC, you'll enjoy this one.

    Just heard a rumor Green Cheek is taking over Barley Forge’s location (sounded like a second location). Anyone got any info. or heard anything?

    If this is true that would be another great move on Evans part. And why not? Most everything is in place already. Like when he bought the Valiant location. The area is already a beer location. I would hope the OG location stays.

    I would just LOVE IT if Green Cheek was able to get a second location up and running before Noble’s expansion ever happens. If it happens.

    Does barley forge still have their license? I have close to zero knowledge on that stuff but im wondering if it would be an even easier transition if the location already has a license and it just needs to be transferred?

    Edit: im already talking about this like the rumor has been verified hahah oh well, i hope its true!

    If this is true, and if it means Evan gets to put more beer out into the world, faster, then it's GREAT NEWS!

    Hope the original location stays, though. I like my quick Mr. K's=>Bottle Logic=>Green Cheek trips to OC. I don't see myself going to the BF location often; it's just too out of the way for me.
