Popped into Green's today and saw Green Flash out on the floor. Hop Head Red (4-packs, bombers) and West Coast IPA (4-packs) were the only selections at the moment. Now if we could just get Bear Republic, Ballast Point, COAST, Foothills, Cascade and Great Lakes, and the ABV cap raised to 16% or higher, I'd have no reason to go beer shopping in the Carolinas anymore.
Very nice to hear. More should be in soon too (Le Freak 4pk/22oz & West Coast 22oz), but apparently the second truck broke down en route to Georgia.
Green Flash Rayon Vert is their best beer (besides Silva stout of course). Once we get that, I will be happy.
I like Greenflash.. bought some in NC. But I saw the west coast IPA in a local store... 4pack = $19.99. They can keep it.. 7.3 ABV and $20 for a 4 pack of 12oz? PASS.
$19.99 a 4-pack for West Coast IPA?!?!? Wow. That's outrageous. Should be closer to $9-$10 retail here in Georgia. Just go somewhere else...it won't be hard to find another store selling this for a reasonable price. btw, the truck with WCIPA 22's, Le Freak 4pk/22's, as well as WCIPA & Le Freak kegs landed today, so those should start hitting shelves soon.
