I just purchased a 4 pack of Hamilton's Ale after recently discovering "West Coast IPA" last week, and I just cant get over how well these beers are brewed. I have been eyeing up Green Flash for a while, and I'm kinda disappointed I didn't discover them sooner. Any suggestions on what I must try next by this brewer?

Well their Double Stout is solid for an off-the-shelf ADIS. A bit more effervescent then Old Rasputin, though I certainly prefer it to OR.

If you're a funk fan, their new Rayon Vert is one of the best, easily found funky offerings I've seen in a while.

And if you really wanna treat yourself, post a trade for their Silva Stout (Double aged in bourbon barrels). It's fantastic.

Palate Wrecker is good, and it's new so it should be pretty fresh. WCIPA is good if you can find it fresh, which can be difficult to do. Rayon Vert is probably their best beer that I've had--it's like a more economic version of Orval. Not quite as good, but at half the price it doesn't have to be.

Rayon vert is phenomenal if your into brett funk. I'll add hop head red into this mix, great beer as well.

I won't touch the West Coast IPA because there's no bottle date, but I picked up a few 4 packs of double stout because I wanted to try a less hoppy double stout, very good malt profile with great dark chocolate and coffee flavors. This was the older different colored bottles so probably 1 1/2 + years old

Still haven't pulled the trigger on this one, but will soon. I did try Rayon Vert though a couple weeks ago, and the first bottle was almost too funky for me, but by the 2nd bottle I loved it. Also, I noticed it's a beer that gets MUCH better as it warms.

another vote for rayon vert. even if you're not familiar with funky brettanomyces beers at the moment, this one's both very accessible and very good.

Like most have suggested, rayon vert is a must. One of my favorite beers. I would also suggest trying their barley wine.

For WC IPA you need to look at the case box to determine the freshness

I was actually disappointed by hop head red... I can get a better hoppy red from Marble for cheaper ($8 / 6 pack)

I'm with IceAce liking HopHead Red. West Coast IPA is simply awesome but to be honest I didn't care for Palate Wrecker all that much.

i was a little let down by palette wrecker too, actually - i thought it was just a bit too one note. their west coast IPA is my favorite of theirs, but i really like most of their beers.

    Silva Stout is fucking phenomenal.

Double Stout, Rayon Vert, WC IPA, Le Freak, Barleywine are all pretty awesome too.

I'm having a Palate Wrecker as I type.. it's really good, not mind-blowing, but really good..

I really like WCIPA. Had their imperial ipa and it didn't really do it for me..but had the palate wrecker today and it was pretty awesome.

Rayon Vert was my first brett beer, very good introduction and it pairs well with the American hops.

Palate Wrecker was pretty good too, better than their imperial.
