    @patkorn - is Green Flash giving full refunds for infected bottles of batch 3 Silva Stout?

    The owner of the company has made a statement on it and it is linked right above your post. Why would you ask Pat about it? Just email Mike like they said to.

    Glad to see they are aware and they're trying to rectify the situation. Now please release a non-blended version, and one with Mostra Coffee...

    I didn't buy any bottles so I'm not emailing the owner. I'm mildly curious if they're giving refunds since I heard they were offering people shirts in lieu of money (I do not know if this is true). Pat is on the forum representing and defending Green Flash, thus, I asked him.

    Mike has taken the lead on this. I believe they are sending out a gift pack to people who have gotten a "bad" bottle and have written Mike. Its a pretty nice gift pack from what I saw.

    I believe Mike is working on the honor system here. If you email him and say you got a "bad" bottle and feel like you should be compensated then he will take care of you.

    i tossed the bottle too and wasnt gonna email cause i didnt have proof but now that you mention that maybe i will.

    I emailed Green Flash to let them know what state and store i bought them hoping in any way it could help them figure out watch bottling or batch it might have been. Didnt expect anything , just wanted to let them know so maybe they could find the cause. Mike emailed me bacvk saying they would be sending something as an apology. It landed today and its a very nice package indeed. Sad that the silva was infected but i was very pleased by the customer service to make up for it.

    I did the same as well, I really wasn't expecting anything either but I got something delivered today. Don't ruin the surprise for me but it could be a card with a sticker for all I care. Top notch customer service indeed.

    You guys spent $20 on a defective product that they've chosen not to pull from shelves despite the fact that they know they have a widespread problem, and you didn't expect anything for it? Am I reading that correctly?

    I just didn't expect anything to come from it that's all, I chalked it up as $20 down the drain.
