Trying to put together a clone of Greenbush Anger black IPA, which is currently my "go to" brew.

I've searched around but haven't been able to locate one - and the only info I have on ingredients comes from the Greenbush site:
Cascadian Black IPA using Belgian dark malts and dry-hopped for intense aroma.
Grain: Maris Otter, Munich, Crystal 10L, Crystal 60L, British Chocolate, Carafa III, Wheat Malt
    Hops: Columbus, Amarillo, Simcoe, Cascade

Struggling to get a base recipe together for a 5 gal AG batch, and thought I'd see if any bored BA brewers had any ideas.
