I picked up a mix-a-six at Greenbush last weekend. I have "traktor" and "Brother Benjamin" which are not listed on BA, and I can't add them as I've not reviewed enough beers. If any of you can add them I'm sure more than I would appreciate it (as their brewpub was JAMMED when I was there, so they are gaining popularity).

I will add them for you. I love Greenbush and think they are the next big craft brewery. Heck, they've been in business not even a year and they've received praise throughout the industry.

I can take pics of the bottles if you need them. Let me know.

I need them to be distributed up here in TC. I'm a huge fan, but their beers are so hard for me to get. :slight_frown:

Had some Benjamin from a growler yesterday at a tasting. Very tasty. I'm sure they will be on my "seek" list shortly.

Brother Benjamin was just as good as HopSlam. Very nice indeed.

I dont know if your trying to incite an argument. Its a great beer, was very happy that Mbrausen brought it to a tasting last night. Let's let it go by its own merit, instead of comparing to another. IMO, I enjoyed it more than HS.

I don't know if "you're" trying to incite an argument, but it is a 10% double IPA that was brewed with honey. I don't know how you can drink it and not compare it to HopSlam. Thanks for "your" comments though. They brought a lot to the table.

That would be "Hopslam". Please get it right.

And no, Brother Benjamin is not remotely in the same universe as "Hopslam" for my dime. It hurt just to put the two in the same sentence. Your experience may vary. And that's the beauty of it.

Interesting, when I went to Greenbush over their chocolate fest weekend, I was super unimpressed by pretty much everything I tried. Different strokes I guess?
