Thinking of taking the short ride from NWI to GB on Sunday and i was told from a random guy that i met that they sell bottles at the taproom. My question is do they come in six packs or can i mix and match a case or a 12 or a 6pk?

Sorry for yet another thread lol

    Thanks for your time.

    Cheers.

    You can mix and match.

And I'm jealous. I love their stuff, but they are a long way from here. If they would just distribute in Northern MI...

I have not bought bottles in about 6 months, but iirc they were around $2 each. Some of the rare/limited bottles may be more, of course.

    ^^Thank you very much!

As far as glassware for sale. Is it what they have on their website or do they have anything else actually at the taproom?

When I was there a couple weeks back, they only had Dunegras bottles available. As far as glassware, they had pint, sample, and stemmed glasses.

I don't know if they bottle any of their second tier beers, at least I've not seen them the few times that I've visited the brewery. I'd also be surprised to see 6 different beers available in bottles at any one time, so if you get a mix-pack you'll have to have some duplicates. Maybe they are keeping up with their bottle demand nowadays; they were hand bottling everything, but I had heard that they were going to install a bottling line. I think the last time I was there it was $10 for a sixer, or $2 per bottle if you mix them. However, as noted above, if they do bottle any of their second tier beers the price would likely be higher, but they would be worth it because those are top, top-notch beers.

I know getting a selection of bottles can be hit or miss. When I was there many months ago, they had 7 different bottles available, of which I bought 1 each of 6 of them. As for second tier beers, I know they had bottles of LTD at one point. I'm not sure what others they have bottled though.

I suggest calling before you go there if you're really concerned about bottles. I was there the second week of June and they didn't have anything available in bottles. I think everything on tap is available in growlers though. It's a great place no matter what.

I was there last month and got bottles of Dunegras, 1825, Terminator X, and Mr.Hyde. Prices varied from 2-3 dollars each. Im not 100% but I think they also had bottles of Sunspot and Closure.

Too far for me too sadly especially at 4 dollars a gallon. I would have to basically combine it with a trip to Chicago or FFF to make worthwhile. Ill have to settle for the rare occasions I see it on tap around here.

I come back to a statement I have made before, wouldn't it be great if they could at least modify the 3 tier system so breweries could at least ship beer to people in their own state.

You can mix and match. The beers on tap on labor day are all pretty good besides the oktoberfest. Didn't try the wheat or cream or anger but got bottles to go. The pistachio pale is real nice, this brewery is fantastic.
