Drinking a Smash Street now...yeah, there's no way this is old. Great color. Nice hop bite. Very citric forward, slight bitterness. Crisp. Fantastic.

 

Really enjoy their can art.

 

If either of these are anything like Turbulence, sign me up!

 

I never saw the most recent Turbulence pop up at Whole Foods - oh well.

It was there over the weekend (across from the fridge) which may be why you didn't see it.

 

When I was there last week, the cases were stacked near one of the aisles that leads into the beer section. So, face the beer coolers, and turn around. One of the aisles to the left (after turning around), if memory serves me right.

Constant Reassurance is drinking insanely good off the tap right now. The lactose and (40%!!!!!) oats do what they're supposed for the body to convince one that it isn't 5%. It drinks much bigger than it is and the bitterness is wisely assertive to counteract those oats/lactose. The cans are pretty good but the draft is great.

Ver(t)mont is pretty good though not as intense as it might be with more aggressive hopping. It's light and fruity for it's 8%.

Yes. I had it over the weekend. I had several new beers so I don't remember all the tasting notes but it was good.

 

I thought it was good, not great - feel like the mosaic popped the most of the hops. But it had a really off-putting amount of sediment in it. Like a sarcastic amount.

 

I hade it about 2 weeks ago, and didn't get the sediment, but I made sure to roll the can before pouring. It was really hazy, so I could see how it would settle out.. I thought it was great- liked it better than Smash Street, Constant Reassurance, and Turbulence. Agree the mosaic stood out.

Turbulence, however I did get a TON of sediment, and I forgot to roll that can, so I'm pretty sure that's the case you had with Vert Mont.

 

I'm drinking an Apply Formula right now and how did this IPA get these shitty reviews? This is fantastic. Straight up dank weed.

 

yeah, I had this a few days ago and thought it was really good. juicy and dank

 

Perfect for when I inevitably drink my fridge dry during the blizzard.

 

Also Instant Credibility!!!! This was one of my favorites of 2016. Hope they didnt change the recipe too much.
