    The next release after Supreme Leader will be Nuclear Nugget (Honey IPA) - April 18th and then Fearnought (BA Double Brown Ale) pm May 2nd.

    The release this past weekend was very smooth. Nothing near the crowds or chaos. Just a relaxing day on the Farm user nearly ideal skies.

    Yea, the Illuminatos was super easy and a whole lot of fun. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a beer and a beautiful day on the farm. Thanks everyone for all the advice! Had a great trip!!

    Hey all, question about Enlightened Despot. I was looking around the Lickinghole website and noticed that they described Enlightened Despot differently on their Despot Day page and their Our Beers page.

    Despot Day says: Aged for 8 months in the most premium Kentucky Bourbon Barrels available. http://www.lickingholecreek.com/despot-day-2015

    The Our Beer page says: Aged for 100 days in 15 Year Old Wheat Bourbon Barrels. http://www.lickingholecreek.com/beers-past-present-and-future

    Did they bottle a special version for the Despot Day release (I assume these were the Pappy barrels that people were talking about?), or do they just have an outdated description for the Our Beer page?

    The label on the 2014 bottle says "Aged in 15 year old Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon Barrels", the label on the 2015 bottle says "Aged in Oak Bourbon Barrels. I think the listing on here is incorrect, there was no special barrel version at the release. For what its worth, I last had the 2014 in December and it tasted exactly like the 2015. If they changed the barrels it didn't have a noticeable effect on the beer.
