Thinking of making a beer riff on a tequila sunrise. was debating about grenadine use. Thinking of priming the keg with some grenadine.
Anyone ever use grenadine? any off flavours? any idea how to measure the sugar for priming?

Never done this. Do it in a pint glass first with some commercial beer. Since you're kegging, don't worry about sugar. Just go by taste.

Otherwise, you could throw some Grenadine in a beer bottle, pitch some leftover yeast, and cover it up. Take an OG and FG. I'd assume it's mostly fermentable. I'm really curious to know what happens here.

The sugar content is listed on the label. I'd use pomegranate juice instead of Grenadine.
