Just had the newly released summer shanti from Griffiths claw and despite my reservations on any summer shanti, was blown away. This beer was unlike anything I have tasted before. Yeah it was lemony but really complex. now I have had a lot of beers, but this was totally different. I suggest you try it it was excellent.
Tried this yesterday at the Fall Beer Fest...I didn't order it, but someone let me try it and agree, completely interesting and complex. Tasty beer. Side note: It's just too bad they signed with Great Lakes. Poor decision.
Great Lakes? I heard about Screamin Pumpkin. Didn't realize there was a whole brewery deal going on. Can someone give me the lowdown?
Great Lakes Distributing...Up until recently, their main "Craft" accounts were Red's Apple Ale and Prohibition Ale...bunch of garbage.
