Magnetic compass is tasting amazing. Big juicy fruit flavor at only 6 %abv. Wish you guys had a regular lineup of beer available and this was part of it. Something like industrial arts does with there wrench, tools of trade, and metric. Classic rewind, magnetic compass, capslock, and skopos all year round

Finally got a chance to try it, please please please make more. I love West Coast IPA and nobody is doing it as more than a fun one off anymore here.

The first thing I said to Tony upon my first taste of Classic Rewind was. "Pliny!"
Upon comparing the hop profiles, I was pleased to see that Classic Rewind and Pliny the Elder have remarkably similar hop profiles including Columbus, Centennial and Simcoe.
    A series would be awesome!

What about collaborations with some West Coast breweries?

Very perceptive! Our concept was "slightly less alcoholic Pliny, fermented with the Grimm house yeast instead of Chico"

I get a distinct grapish flavor from a few of your beers that I have never come across in any other IPA's from other breweries. It is most noticeable to me in Magnetic Compass. Do you think I am getting this flavor due to the mixture of hops you use or due to the house yeast you guys are using?

The second batch of Cloudbusting (well before the brewery opened) was like drinking grape soda. It was incredible. I would like for Grimm to revisit the hop bill for that batch.

The more I think about this the more convinced I am that the first lambic needs to be named Lamburg.

That's a lot better than Lambwanis or Brookbic
Is a person from Lamburg a Lamburger?

The beer inside obviously matters more, but that label is my favorite one they've done recently.
