    Grimm beers are usually in high demand (especially the cans). Cans have been limited to low counts per person. Grimm Artisanal Ales supply their beers at low prices (and have NOT raised their prices recently) to the distributor, who supply the retail shops, and therefore are not responsible for the final price you may encounter. They try to support the "Mom and Pop" shops that sell their beer. Hopefully, we should all support these small shops. Also available at select Whole Foods beer departments with limits to spread the wealth among your fellow BA brethren. :sunglasses:

    The latest fitness craze has been the checking of this thread and Beermenus for their cans/bottles and running around town trying to get them before inventory is sold out. Needed exercise for some of our fellow beer enthusiasts. :grinning: If you miss out, you can usually find their beer on tap.

    Post away and yes, Joe and Lauren (the Grimm's) monitor this thread and are great about responding to your questions and comments. Especially, if you tag them @Grimm_Artisanal_Ales. :slight_smile: Great people, great couple, great brewers.

    Hey y'all! sorry about the late April release list -- i haven't looked at BA in a while. Anyway here's what's coming. cans cans cans!

    With the last few IPA releases being sticker cans, does this mean that printed cans are dead? I know Other Half also stopped doing printed cans recently.

    The previous Grimm cans weren't printed cans, they were just full can sleeves. Though it's fun to see Afterimage and PulseWave sticker cans again, memories of those first couple batches.

    Afterimage is so incredible. And after having Grimm's "Big Three" DIPAs within a relatively short time span, I would have to say Afterimage > Lambo Door > Tesseract.

    We agree on Afterimage. If this becomes a staple at their brewery, my life is over. For me it's Afterimage > Pulse Wave > Lambo Door

    Yeah...this a damn fine batch of Afterimage. Scary how drinkable this is. Probably for the best that most places only allow 2 cans/pp. This could get me into trouble.

    Agreed. Afterimage goes down way too easy. Loved this one. Anyone try the Amarillo Pop yet? Curious as to how that stacked up to the recent galaxy pop which i thought was incredible.

    I can't wait for the brewery to open if only for the higher limits. I honestly haven't picked up Grimm cans in ages because its hard to justify going out of my way for 2 cans at $6+ each when Other Half is now so available and also cheaper per can.

    I actually just had a conversation about this with a store. And we are curious to see what happens with their distro due to their assumingly current contract with their current distributor. Will all releases be brewery only, will they be $X at the brewery for a 4pk and $X at a store for 2 cans and whatnot. All i know is once tbey open, till my lease it up in October, i’ll be living off that L stop quite often between them and Interboro.

    just picked up a 4pk of after image. Bread & honey on 56th and 8th had a bunch. Selling singles and 4pk, 4pk was like $25.xx with tax. They had a solid 1.5-2 cases there, I didn't see anything about any limits.

    Does anyone know the situation at WF Bryant Park these days? I've been working out of the city for a few months. Are the Grimm cans still placed at the cheese counter? Are they put into Beermenus? Or do you need to ask someone. I was there earlier and saw a bunch of people walking aimlessly.
