Milk& Hops Chelsea is good to go as of 4 o' clock....3 can max.

 

M+H Chelsea was out around 6p.

DDH lumen is a little grassier / greener than I remember the original. mine was basically the same opacity as the Instagram. nicely balanced, but didn't have as many of the pineapple notes I remember from the first time I tried the base beer, but some of the other hop flavors are more prominent, it's more complex.

power pop is very nice - I like trying what I imagine is the base formulation of the pop series without the fruit (similar in concept to super shine maybe?). it tastes like the best candy.

 

Westbury Beverage in Nassau county got it in ~6pm last night, 2pp limit, $5.99.

 

Clean and crisp indeed. Also, it was refreshing to almost be able to see through my beer.

Drinking ddh lumen now. It's delicious.

 

I'll second this. Scored a can this morning and figured I'd try it right away. Big notes of strawberry, cantaloupe, and pineapple with a subtle grassy/earthy backend. Also enjoying the departure from the usual "haze bombs" I find myself drinking. This one's a winner.

Patiently waiting for the day we see DDH Lambo Door.

 

No Lumen at WF BP, checked on my way into work this morning. Hoping that it shows up at Columbus Circle today.

I signed up for this forum today (been wanting to for a while anyways) with the purpose of letting everyone know Craft & Carry at Dekalb Market in DT Brooklyn is selling Lumen for $13/can. That has to be a gouging record?

I find it odd that there are bottle shops on Long Island where Splish is just arriving. Picked up two cans from Bellport Beer & Soda today. Mouthfeel is fuller/softer than DDH Lumen, but I don't enjoy the flavor profile as much. I'm getting notes of tangerine, candied apricot, and a decent malt presence. Good beer, but it's the lesser of the two cans in my opinion.

 

DDH Lambo Door would be amazing. So would DDH Afterimage.

 

seriously its odd how long it seems to take to get throughout just NY... even in the same neighborhood... e.g. Food Emporium on 8th ave has DDH Lumen, and while Bread & Honey and WF CC, literally a few blocks up the street usually get Grimm, but it can be days to a week later most of the time... is there a guy delivering in a VW bug a few cases at a time? LOL...

 

Union beer distributes grimm in nyc and theres a 20 case minimum for a delivery... A small store like bread and honey maybe orders 20 cases every 2 to 3 weeks and whole foods have a plan o gram so they order their beer in bulk. thats why you would find 50 cases of sam adams or two hearted ale on their sales floor. so they receive orders maybe every 2 weeks or so. hope this helps
