New month, new monthly Grimm thread.

For info directly from their website
    http://grimmales.com/

Grimm beers are usually in high demand (especially the cans). Cans have been limited to low counts per person.

Post away and yes, Joe and Lauren (the Grimm's) monitor this thread and are great about responding to your questions and comments. Especially, if you tag them.

My wife will be in NYC (Chelsea area) for work today through Wednesday. Anywhere near there she might be able to pick up some Grimm stuff? She struck out when she was there in February.

Most likely not. The last Grimm release was a few weeks ago and the stuff sells out within a day or so.

Figured it would be nice to move the latest news from the April thread over here too--from last Thurs:

"Today we're at flagship -- we're kegging Lucky Cloud, which came out suuuuuuper delicious. It's a dry hopped sour with lots of tropical brett forward character and Rakau hops from NZ. Crazy good. This should be out in a matter of days.

We're also working on a raspberry mixed fermentation sour at Flagship called Rubus Rebus.

At beltway we have three beers in progress. Dreamweapon and Forcefield are new single strength IPA's and both will be canned. (Forcefield is a different recipe than the beer we called by the same name last year). Future Perfect is an oaked berliner with blackberries and blueberries."

Kinda wild to see Lambo Door just pop up in my Beermenus feed. It's pouring at the Wicked Monk

Check beermenus-- there may be a couple places still filling growlers. Milk & Hops comes to mind.

Where will they sell the Rubus Rebus at. I'd like to compare it to the "Nightmare on Brett" by Crooked Stave/Hill Farmstead i just had. It's also a Sour Raspberry.

I'm guessing since this is brewed at Flagship it will be draft only.

I will be visiting NYC from Seattle this weekend (6th-8th), where is my best bet to find Grimm on tap or growler/crowler fills in Manhattan? It looks like I will miss out on cans this trip. Thanks.

    Seattle native right heeeeeere!

Beermenus is gonna be your best friend while you're out here. I would also hit their social media account (twitter) and also twitter search their handle in order to see who is publicizing their kegs.

Fool's Gold, Threes, Torst, Blind Tiger, Gingerman, etc are all good bets.
