It's official. Brett Bock will be released this Friday. One of my favorite beers. Should be available and draft but not bottles.
I wish Grimm Bros all the success in the world. I love their traditional German beers. A brett bock, though? Danke, nein.
From most breweries the idea of a brett bock would be a no go for me too. That said, I'd have had the same reaction to the idea of a brett wee heavy too had I not tried the Grimm Brothers Barrel Aged Brett Wee Heavy (not knowing it had any brett in it prior) and loved it --) probably my favorite Grimm Brothers beer. If I was around town, I'd be all over this one.
While very non-traditional, I've enjoyed their odd experiments. Wish it was easier for me to get up there more often.
I had Brett Bock a few years ago (Vail Big Beers, I think) and it was great. Will any kegs make it to Denver?
