I have set up a trade for a Apple Brandy Huna and was wondering if I need to drink ASAP or if I can hang onto this for a little bit. I guess they are counter pressure filled, so I am assuming it should last as long as a bottle. Is this correct?

    Thanks,

I think you should drink it. Better to not have to worry about it. I've had growlers taste like crap after 3 days. Even if it was filled correctly, was it sterile? How could anyone guarantee it was?

I had a growler from Town Hall that was counter pressure filled and I sat on it for ~6 months and it was just fine when opened. It even gave off a nice little hiss. But evilc makes a good point. I think it would be helpful to hear from someone that has sat on a growler from CCB before.
