I've got a handful of Growlers from different breweries around the state. I'd like to get rid of them to declutter - any good options where I can bring them to one place and get some taproom credit or cash? I think Town Hall used to do this and accept any growler for turn in/reuse?
They did it once and I returned 20 or so at the time. Not sure if they will revisit that but I really appreciated it and now have my allotment down to 8...most places fill from anywhere now anyhow and except for Town Hall I don't buy growlers from places that don't fill others...
My wife loved that day...I think that's partially why she likes Town Hall more than any of the breweries I drag her to.
No..last year or the year before they just took any growler you had and gave you a credit for their place. Can't remember what the credit per growler was.....in the 3-5$ range....worked great for me.
Wish TH would do this again! Also, if someone took the recycled plastic beer "holders". bent paddle gives credit for those.
