I swung by Gruff earlier this morning, and they've got beer in fermentors, and should have beer ready soon. They're probably still a month or more away from having their tap room ready, but it'll be a nice little spot. They will definitely have beer at the April Brews Day fest at the end of the month. Legally, this time!
Forgot to mention in my OP that they are going to brew both a NE-style opaque IPA, and a more "classic" PNW-style IPA. They're kicking around the idea of calling them Biggie and Tupac.
Got try a few of the beers at April Brews Day over the weekend. They had both a peanut Butter Stout and a Coffee Stout, that were good separately, and made for a tasty blend. I also tried a "West Coast" IPA that was very solid. They had 2 other beers that I didn't try. They're looking to have their tasting room open sometime in June.
