I'm heading down to the Guadalajara Book Fair at the end of this month, I've done a little bit of research and am aware of Pigs Pearls, but hoping to learn anything else if anyone has any information to share, it would be much appreciated. I don't live in Guadalajara but I can point to several breweries you should ask around, based on recommendations from a friend living in Guadalajara. Minerva (this is widely available, good decent beer, nothing amazing) Loba Negra Reina Sileno Gdl Brewing Santa Sabina Anima de Sayula 7 Mares (I was told this brewery is fairly inconsistent with their beers, be warned)
