guava grove

    found a couple of bottles with old style caps. what think ya'll? yay or nay. not sure how it would age

    Check the bottom of the bottle. If you see a whole bunch of yeast settled on the bottom it is likely an old bottle back from when they used St Somewhere's yeast on it. I just had a bottle of this on Monday and it's drinking like a nice sour right now.

    Thanks for the reminder. I'm hosting a tasting with some friends in a couple weeks. That last bottle of old school Guava Grove would be a nice thing to open.
