I'm pretty familiar with guezes. I currently have a couple Giradin black labels and Boon cellaring . I've had cantillion gueuze and a few fruited lambics of theirs as well as some tilquin. Never had 3F. Anyways, are there any more higher quality gueuze I should try to acquire and target to try and age? I'm looking to really cut down my cellar in size and go for quality, basically what have the best potential to age?

Any gueuze will go for a very long time, no matter the brewer. Lindeman's Cuvee Rene is probably the best deal price wise, and a great example of the style. De Troch is also a very affordable one and does great at 10+ years from my experience.

JK's Spon might be a good one to throw in there. Only time will tell, as this is the first running of it. There are 4 versions, so it might be cool to try and get all 4. Hit the trade forums to score a bottle (or 4).

Hanssens and Timmermans are both great, if you can find it try De Cam
