    I've used the guide for a BCBS tapping, and waited in line a total of zero minutes.

    Yeah, BCBS tappings lately have been very sparsely populated. If he listed BCBS bottle sale locations and times, he would just be creating a shitshow. The tappings are fine.

    Yeah, I try only to list things that the venue is publicizing. The events that are regular customers only, such as liquor store BCBS bottle sales intended for regular customers I try to avoid posting.
