I've been following this chef Ian Kleinman from Denver on facebook.His food cart/restaurant name is The Inventing Room.He likes to freeze food with nitrogen.He is making Guinness dip n dots for some wedding this weekend.I think some other beers would be quite tasty as well.
They would. Now you just need to come up with some liquid nitrogen. Its an excellent way to make all kinds of ice cream but on the dangerous side as far as cooking at home goes.
