Just read some very positive things about these folks but haven’t seen anything on BA about them (perhaps I missed it). What’s do you local Wisconsin area folks think of them? Thanks in advance.
The hazy IPA Everything Eventually is fantastic, as is Rano Pano the Farmhouse Pale. They should be opening in Milwaukee this year. Excited to get up there and visit.
I have been to the taproom a handful of times; usually make the trip to Door County once per year. Hacienda beers are basically the beers trying to cater to the new trends (NE IPA's, coffee stouts, etc.) while Door County Brewing beers are the more standard beer styles (Witbiers, pale ales, etc.) Every time I leave, I am jealous that we do not have a taproom like this in the Chicago area. The beers are amazing, employees are a pleasure, live music is a nice touch and the outdoor area is fantastic. All of this in a small town in Door County near the water.
Echo what the others said. Made it up to the taproom for the first time last summer. Very cool spot with a great vibe. They have a food truck outside that does solid wood fire za. Hazy IPAs have all been good and can be found in Madison which is great. According to what I've been seeing on social media they're experimenting more with funkier beers (or maybe the've always been and I'm just a new follower).
They are definitely a rising star. Another poster made comment that they will be opening a taproom on the east side of milwaukee in about 6 months. It will be in the old BBC location on North and Farwell. Doing all the right stuff right now. Good hazies Adjunct stouts Wild funky beer Everything I have had from them has been pretty good to really good Everything eventually is out of this world. Just needs to increase production
Hacienda Beer Co. is making some of the best NEIPAs in WI. Closer Everywhere is my favorite, but Everything Everywhere is most everyone else's favorite. Vertigogo stout with the cinnamon was a real treat. Infinity Gauntlet was a treasure of DDH NEIPA, but limited. They also make some funky Saisons if that is your thing.
Just snagged two four packs on a recent trip to Madison- phenomenal. Everything eventually is so not run of the mill.
