    PM'd you, but I doubt the week and a half I have left at this current address will work out ;_;

Yeah, I would imagine. Thank you for the offer though, and hopefully we can keep in touch.

Had my first Surly Furious tonight also, while grilling (have had Surly beers before though). Mmm...

it is doubtful your order would make it there in that time either.

Surly beer and France44 are both excellent.

my comments are not to slam France44. Simply to try to elevate the great traders that are in MN. If you go the France44 route, no issue at all. But if you take a chance on a MN BA, I bet you wont regret it.

Problem is, apart from some NN, I don't have anything to trade, nor is there anything in my area rare enough to be worthy of trade (aside from NN, rare releases almost never hit my neck of the woods) and it isn't possible for me to travel about 60 miles north to DC to find rare goodies right now. Pretty much the only thing I can find 'tradeable' in my area is NN and Ten Fidy - and those are usually trade extras.

If you are looking for regular Surly many of us MN BA's would be more than happy to send a box for some off the shelf locals! NN and others! Doesn't have to be rare, just stuff not available here.

    Must tick......

Agree, damn how I love their beers. If I had one brewery to choose that would start shipping to PA, this would be the one. Favorites from Surly:

    Furious
    Abrasive
    Wet
    Smoke
    Darkness
    Coffee Bender

Amazing brewery, I must get there some day. I believe I have a Surly package in the works trading some Heady for Furious and Smoke.

This thread just motivated me to get some Furious. It has been far too long since I have had some Surly in my fridge.

I just got a mixed 6 from my brother over the weekend,
    2x Abrasive
    1 x Furious
    1 x Bender
    1 x Coffee Bender
    1 x Cynic Ale
Never had any except a sample of Furious at ACBF
Can't Wait until I can sit and try these.

I've had furious, abrasive, and coffee bender. honestly didn't care for them, although I do appluad abrasive for being exactly what it is called. furious to me was ok just a bit too carmely for an ipa. I really would like to try wet, and darkness though.

I was planning on posting this on the appropriate regional forum in a month or so, but since there's a thread going, I'll put it here.

I'll be driving from Chicago through Minnesota on the way out to Montana in late June. I'd like to make a quick pit stop to pick up some Surly en route. Time is limited, so if anyone could suggest a good place to stop off I-94 (or possibly 694 or 494 going around the Cities) to quickly grab some and get back on the road, I would appreciate it.
