I am helping a buddy brew an extract Berliner weisse:
    3lb 60% wheat / 40% malt extract
    1oz hallertau @ 15 mins
US-05 safe ale yeast - primary
    Lacto culture - secondary

My question is since this is an extract recipe, is there gong to be any food (dextrins?) for the bugs to eat after the sach has run it's course?
