Does it come with the full pour?

 

Yeah, I have never been to Lincoln without it being a total shitshow. The last time I went a couple months ago it was 2pm on a saturday and was 1 in 1 out. I enjoy the place but I have a hard time recommending it to people.

 

Yeah, I've always hoped they'd somehow find space to expand there; Balmoral is a great edition, but one is walking distance from my house, and the other is very definitely not. And even Balmoral has been pretty damn crowded when I've gone (admittedly weekends, in the evening).

 

Lincoln is so small.

 

Yeah, if they could add a second story for more space it would be awesome (or get the space next door).

 

Yeah...you have to wonder just how many offers they've made to the owners of Wild Goose Pub (or whatever it's called) over the years.

 

I was thinking more the cafe next door since it would be on the same side as the taproom.

 

Yeah and that Wild Goose place is always packed to the rafters

 

How's the line?

 

Why would there be a line? For pours? There shouldn't be one, and anyone who is in line at 9am for pours... is fucking stupid.

I should just copy and paste my question, about lining up, from last week.

 

If there is one place I would line up for pours it's Half Acre. Bar and table spots are a hot commodity there. We lined up 10 minutes before open at the taproom last year for the release while all the knuckledraggers lined up for bottles past Damen. No ragrets.

 

No, but I guess I do underestimate the stupidity of people in this city. Especially the neckbeards.

I understand the appeal of getting pours of the Benthic variants on draft since they're so "rare," but Lincoln is such a shitshow when crowded that I can't even raise the mental energy to care that they're on tap there.

Balmoral isn't huge by any means, but they should just do every release party at that location. My opinion MAY be swayed due to me being able to ride my bike to Balmoral in 3 minutes...
