    Just got off the phone with my bank, I didn't actually have any charges from the Benthic sale, I was just opening a home equity line of credit for $ 20,000 just in case I win the BCBS lottery and Goose decides to use Tock as their online sales platform.......too soon?

    It sure seems like they are honoring the initial orders, email or no email confirmation. we will see if it plays out.

    My guess is that is why they paused orders. They want to figure out where they are after honoring all the initial orders ... then put whats left back up for sale.

    Except for the 4% that was added to EVERY SINGLE order without the option to remove that HA communicated was going directly to staff.

    before they shut it down, it appeared that all the 10 can packages were sold out anyway.

    but if each incorrect charge would then release said package back into the wild, then that would provide a decent amount of reloaded inventory for those who missed out this morning

    Balmoral had sold out, not sure that the 10 can packages sold out at Lincoln before it went down.

    Half Acre hospitality sent out emails providing the opportunity to complete initial purchase attempts that failed, including a 10 pack package, so I can confirm the 10 packs are not gone completely.

    I’ve got 12 bogus charges on my card to go along with one real one. I was also trying to use my wife’s card since all hell broke loose...I have yet to ask her to look and see how many bogus charges she has. At this point, I expect a whole pallet of Benthic.

    Drinking a 19 Benthic right now. The coconut has fallen off a bit, IMO. It's cold, so it may still come back some as it warms.

    They just emailed me 10mins ago notifying me that they refunded me for the $29. I can appreciate how quickly they’ve acted to rectify this debacle

    I was in another thread here on Beer Advocate, and It triggered something I will bring up here.
    What would be the top-notch Half Acre Variety pack?
    I'll let you determine if it should be four 6-packs of 12-oz. cans or six 4-packs of 16-oz cans. This is likely to do quite well in stores in Pennsylvania. :sunglasses:
    Cribbing from that previously-mentioned thread, one element of the variety pack will be Daisy Cutter. What other beers would you incorporate? :grin::beer:
