    Wow. My first update from when I clicked to get tickets put me in line at 10:00:03am, and it sold out before I got to the front of the line. Well, then. I shouldn't have waited that three seconds. :grimacing:

    The line started a few mins early. Allowing you in to the ticket screen but not able to purchase until right at 9:00 when it went live and the option to purchase became available before your eyes rather than going in line right at 9:00 and ending up in a queue. Slightly early bird prevails today.

    I used the Universe app. No line or queue on the app. I was checked out in 10 seconds.

    The only thing I didn't like was how a line forms before 9, then took me to the ticket page where I was wondering if I should stay on and it would auto-refresh at 9 or did I need to jump back in the queue to have it line up with the ticket release. I imagine that's what screwed me, but eh, you can't win if you don't play. Live, laugh, love as I used to say.

    Another disappointing release, and I got a ticket. You were put in a queue before 9am. I think I refreshed at 8:59? Either way I know you should show up early for HA releases but I didn’t realize universe would put you in queue before the start time.

    not mad, just disappointed

    I noticed a number of people posting that they were on at 10AM ... then correcting themselves to say 9AM ... I was wondering how many of those people are in the Eastern time zone ...
