I have a trade offer involving some of this beer. But I have no idea if it's fresh and from what I understand the bottles aren't dated. I'm just curious, do any of you know if this was a one time thing (which would mean the bottles I am being offered are old) or if they are continuing to put out batches?

    Thanks gang.

I could have sworn my FFF bottle was dated as all of their bombers are I've purchased lately. Should be on the neck. Matter of fact just remembered I still have a bottle and checked it and it was bottled 12/22/14. The dates do wipe off easily but hope this helps.

The bottles released by Half Acre a few months ago were not dated.

I had it on tap yesterday at 3Fs, and they've been selling it in bombers in the kiosk (although it was sold out yesterday). I assume that its freshly brewed within the last month or so.

However, I'm not sure about the bottles not being dated? I thought 3Fs was putting a date on the neck of all of their bottles?

As mentioned above, FFF released bottles recently. These bottles should be dated as FFF is now dating close to all of their bottles. I think there was something recently which wasn't dated, Moloko or Alpha Klaus maybe, cannot recall. Anyway, I saw an Anicca bottle in the store dated 12/19 and chewymangos above had one too. As mentioned by 77apm, Half Acre released their bottles in September of this year and Half Acre do not date their bottles at all. Is the bottle the OP getting from the FFF release or the HA release? It's likely the FFF release (perhaps the date did rub off or the machine which stamps the date was having a bad day) but this is another reason why all bottles/cans should be dated. I myself would be a bit leery trading for a "FFF" bottle that had no date though but maybe I'm a bit paranoid. Good luck OP.

Edit: Are the labels & caps the same on both releases? I'm thinking yes but maybe someone can confirm.

Thanks for all the help. looks like the trade fell through because of no date. if anybody wants to trade some, and would like to try some Westbrook fourth anniversary chocolate/ coconut/ almond imp stout, shoot me a message. I have other stuff too.

Was under the impression this was an annual collab but haven't seen it in awhile. Anybody know whether there are plans to rebrew?

I really hope this is revisited as a collab – one of the best I've had in a while.
