Half-bottle racks

I have an ever increasing volume of 375 mL cork and cage bottles. Think Russian River, Port Brewing, and Barrelworks bottles. I'm planning to build a walk-in cellar in the garage as I need the room, and running 3 compressors on the fridges/freezers is (I'm guessing) much less efficient than a cool-bot controlled ac unit. I havent been able to find any bottle racks made for the 375 mL bottles. Sure there are some that will work, but they're designed for bigger bottles, leaving tons if space.

Now that I have that out if the way, my questions are:
1) how do you guys store these half bottle c&cs?
2) has anyone found racks specifically for these bottles?
3) if you've built something custom could you post some pictures?
