Half Door Brewing Company

Yup. Recently visited and was actually staying at the hotel across the street. Pleasantly surprised

 

Haven't been there in a while but their berliner rips.

 

They must have improved a lot, since I was there a few days after they opened and I thought their beer was mediocre at best. May be worth another visit.

 

Underrated brewery in my opinion. They make good hoppy beers, but there was a barrel aged sour that I enjoyed from them shortly after their 1 year anniversary as well. I think I would rather go to them than Mission, should I be in the ballpark area.

 

Decent beer, great location.
Get the fried goat cheese balls... those things are delicious.

 

I stopped in over the weekend because of location and was somewhat surprised that it was decent. Wouldn't hesitate to go back when I'm in the neighborhood again.

 

I haven't checked that place out yet but also check out Resident Brewing out of The Local if you are still around.
