    If your package is being delivered by GIO in CT or MA, your best bet is to call them at 1-888-291-9601. Trying to figure out when your package will arrive based on their tracking site is vey difficult.

    This 100%.

    Mine was updated as arriving in New Rochelle to ship out at 9am this morning and was at my apartment north of Boston about 4 hours later. Similar things have happened every time I've had something delivered by them, their tracking updates seem to be nonsense.

    Mine just arrived in Medford MA, so the other 3 (at least) BAs in town should be on the look out. Same for folks in the surrounding towns?

    Just got mine in Wisconsin. Not ice cold but cool. It’s not that warm out anyway (they are talking bleeping snow on Tuesday night ) so even with ice depleted it never got that warm.

    Got mine today, not cold and one can exploded, multiple dented up...

    Make that 2 cans leaking. I’ve never had a problem with halftime before so this was a shocker. @Todd who do I contact about this? Thanks

    Mine just arrived in Phoenix. one can must have minor leak, saw fluid in the box and hop heavy smell.

    Yeah, and it was weird because I got another shipment from halftime today as well and it was perfectly fine. HT is on it though, so no worries

    Got mine from UDS today. No damage other than a couple of scraped labels, but they’re all room temp. The gel pack is only slightly cool and there was a 1/2” of water inside the styrofoam cooler box (no leaks, thankfully).
