After seeing a thread on Half Time's offer of limited free shipping I jumped on there and placed an order for an assorted case. A couple of days later I come home to find two big boxes of beer waiting for me outside my front door. One minor problem: they sent me the wrong beer. I let their shipping department know, and they promptly apologized and told me the correct shipment would be on its way ASAP. And because it was an error on their part, I was also free to keep the erroneous case of beers (good ones, too). Got the correct shipment two days later. It doesn't get any better than that, my BA friends, when it comes to customer service. Check these guys out and give them some business. I know I will continue to do so in the future.
