I have been to Hammerheart a number of times now, and am thoroughly impressed. They brew very creative beers that are hard to pronounce but easy to drink. Olaf the Stout is a must. What are your thoughts, BA?

Ditto. Can't wait until they start bottling.

The BA Dublin Raid did it for me. The smoked IPA is my second favorite from them.

Really fun place with a unique vibe. The beers I tried ranged from good to outstanding. Very hospitable guys too (thanks Nathaniel).

The Muddy Pig is putting four of their beers on Thursday Nov 14. Had Olaf the Stout last week. It was phenomenal.

Really doing excellent things up there. Kind of a haul, but worth it. They had some BA Olaf the Stout. That was incredible. We had a bunch of other things, all were really quite good.

I've tried the British invasion, which I was impressed with. Have heard good things about their other brews so I am looking forward to them distributing bottles

Have liked the few things I've tried, just wish their growlers weren't so pricey.

The taproom has a really cool look and feel. The four beers I had from them were all great with my favorite being the Djevelens Munnvann strong ale. Thought Olaf, the smoked IPA and Imperial Porter were all delicious too. A must visit if you haven't been yet.

Dublin's Raid is all I have ever had, and I loved it. I am excited to try others.

I was their last Saturday night and the brews were great. We had a great time and will be coming back. To many brews on tap for the short amount of time we were their. I wish they had more growlers. They were out for the evening so nothing to take home. :slight_frown:

The beers are great and it's nice having a taproom in the north metro.

Tried a couple brews at ABR. Harvest Ale was really nice. Didn't care for the IPA.

Never thought I would find myself in this taproom so far away from me in the metro. But I found myself exactly in that spot after a detour on a return trip from Hudson. A cool place that they did a good job of giving a northwood cabin, woodsy, Nordic atmosphere in what is ultimately a metal shed. Could use a lit of bit more décor. I would definitely like more seating. There is one long table and about eight spots at the bar, and that is it for seating. The long table was taken up by a group of geriatrics and the bar was full, everyone else has to stand. Networking or WiFi is non existent . Maybe this is intentional as to promote interaction and community.

The beer is a bit hit or miss with me. I loved British Invasion. Thought the rye ale was not very good. And thought the BA Olaf the Stout was very mediocre. I look forward to trying more of their beer in the future.
