It says brewery only. So I'm guessing no.

Brewery only release. Bottleshare? Maybe? It's been nasty out here. I live close and we can all ~*~hang~*~

1300 bottles, so I'd be surprised if it was. At a 3 bottle limit, assuming people max, that's 433.3 happy people.

Looking at the crowd tonight, and how they're drinking, it may last throughout the day.

sold out yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised with chandelle. Great nose, nice carbonation, good amount of tart/sourness. I have the feeling the beer will only get better with a little bit of age.

Definitely more of an out the bottle hit than hammerhead was. Hammerhead is drinking way better now than when first released, imo. Im torn between drinking my chandelle and letting it mature a bit.

Was at the release yesterday. Weather wise, omg, brutally hot, 105 degrees, in line for an hour....fun . Anyhow, they mentioned they held back about 9 cases or so for brewery archiving, so just shy of 1,200 were released to the public from my understanding. While I did leave shortly have 1 p.m. I saw 3 bottles opened, 2 by the staff, 1 by a generous BA (didn't catch the name, but thank you all the same) for tasting. More may have been opened later, but can't say personally since I wasn't there. Also, there was no line at all by this time, and they still had several cases left, stating the 3 bottle limit was lifted, needless to say, those still there picked up a few more, myself included.

Sounds like it sold out completely later in the afternoon, sounds like a Success. I agree with mrbubbler's assesment of the beer, quite tasty out of the gate.

Lifting the 3 bottle limit later in the afternoon breaks my heart, as I had to work at 2pm in OC so pretty much left as soon as I had my bottles to avoid the worst of the 91. Having showed up an hour and a half early, managed to beat the worst of the heat between hanging out in the shade and being close enough to the front of the line to avoid direct sun exposure. Definitely looking forward to taking the day off work for the pugachev's re-release this winter (as well as lower temperatures the day of).
