I'm going to be passing through Richmond in a few weeks (on a Friday). Any suggestions on the best places to pick up bottles of Hardywood? Do they sell bottles to go from the brewery? Thanks in advance for the help.
Bottles are available at the brewery and are usually cheaper there then anywhere else. Once Upon A Vine isn't too far from the brewery and is another nice option for bottles.
How is parking around the brewery? I'll be driving through on Aug. 1..which is a Thursday.. and we are going to hit the tasting room/food truck event they have that night. Is parking a nightmare? Any tips if so? Thanks!
Plenty of parking around the brewery. Not in the brewery parking lot itself, but the surrounding area has plenty. Enjoy your trip!
They sell bottles at the Total Wine as well, but if you are going to be at the brewery I'd just buy it there.
Thanks for all the info. Unfortunately, I don't think I will end up making it to the Brewery because they don't open until 5. I will check out some of the suggested bottle shops though. Any recommendations beers available now?
I've been seeing the singel, hoplar, bourbon sidamo, & the bourbon cru at several places around Richmond the last couple weeks.
I was at the brewery last weekend. I wasn't that impressed with a coupke of their beers, but I did pick up 2 750's of Sidamo and 1 Bourbon Sidamo (aged in Makers Mark barrels). Enjoy!
