Have the raspberry barrel series beers been released? If so what's the availability and costs of them?

Sorry I can only answer part of your question...

They were released this past weekend at the brewery. That's the only "for sure" that I know. I imagine that they went out for distro on Monday, but I haven't seen any yet here in northern VA. Their barrel series beers are usually very easy to get, and about $12. They do occasionally put out some super-limited brewery-only beers (Trickery, Foolery, Sixtel to a lesser extent), but I don't think this is one of them. The vanilla version might not see distro.

Sixtel to a lesser extent? There were only 98 bottles of sixtel.

Most HW barrel beers are $15 at the brewery. BB Raspberry will hit distro. I bought it at the brewery for $15. BB Vanilla Raspberry will not go to distro but is not as limited as Sixtel/Foolery.

I didn't know how many bottles there were of Sixtel but I said that because I know there were kegs and you could get it outside the brewery at Saison Market.

Sixtel was a beer brewed for Screens and Suds as a charity fundraiser. It was only available to those that went the screens and suds event. Less than a case went to Saison Market after the event. And it only went there because they were a partner with the fundraising event. It was actually never available at the brewery. If you can get one, consider yourself lucky.

BA Raspberry and BA Raspberry with vanilla were still available in bottles and on draft Sunday when I stopped by. BA raspberry will see distro, while the vanilla was brewery only (from what I was told). The vanilla is worth going after, as it really helped cut the sweetnesss of the raspberry IMO. Both are solid. There were a few different events and other releases going on in RVA last Saturday, which is why these didn't sell out day of. Cost on both were about $14, I believe.

Stopped by the brewery on Saturday and picked up some bottles of the vanilla. The regular bourbon raspberry was on shelves around town.

Let me know if you are looking for a trade. Would be happy to help out if you can offer something that I can't get here.
