Jai Alai you should have no issue finding at Wegmans in Collegeville, ~15 minute drive for you. They may have RR, but only Damnation. If you're looking for quantity on CC, you could drive up to Shangy's, about a half hour away. Half hour south could take you to The Beer Store Southampton, never been but solid selection from what I hear. Hope that helps!
Towamencin Beverage and CJ's Doghouse right next door to each other would be a decent spot to check. Both are right near Lansdale exit on PA Turnpike. Grab a cheese steak from Pudge's while you're there too.
For cases of Cigar City stuff, you can check Harleysville Beverage, but their selection isn't quite as good as North Penn Beverage (10 min drive), Towamencin Beverage (10 min drive), or Beer Etc (15 min drive). For Russian River - the sours disappear as soon as they show up at bottle shops.
