    Well I can't speak for anyone else, but my parents told me what the hospital told them after I had willingly emptied my stomach contents on the floor and was deemed "ok" to be discharged.... Ah youth....

    I know of this to happen to ppl i know also. even if you blow under in texas, they will still try to get you on suspicion of it or something. happen to my dad. blew under and was still taken to jail because the DPS officer said he showed signs of impairment. the DA dropped the case against him.
