Quite a few in Harrisonburg: Three Notchd, Restless Moons, Pale Fire, Friendly Fermentor, and Brothers like you mentioned. Three Notchd has a huge space, Pale Fire not as biggish, Restless Moons is an old service garage - cool vibe, have not hit Friendly Fermentor)

If you can stray out a bit you can hit Staunton about half hour away (Redbeard, Queen City, Shenandoah, Skipping Rock... my preferences are Redbeard and Skipping Rock) and Waynesboro 10 min past that (Seven Arrows, Stable, Basic City... Basic City is like the Veil of the Mountains)

Definitely Basic City if you've got time. It's about 40 minutes from H'Burg and probably my favorite in the Valley. Easily the best hazy IPAs in the area if that's your thing. Have not been since they re-opened the taproom so not sure the setup these days but it's a really cool quirky space. Live must is also returning Saturday night so if you're looking for something to do.

In Harrisonburg I would say aside of Brothers my favorites are Restless Moons and Friendly Fermenter.

Redbeard in Staunton would for certain be on my list but they are closing for a few weeks to finish up some renovations to the inside of their space. After tomorrow they won't be back open until July 11th. Skipping Rock out there is a cool space and doing really good beers. The Dubbel is awesome. The brewer won a WBC Gold for it a few years at his previous brewery and is pretty much doing the same recipe at Skipping Rock. Most of their beers are really good though so not just that one.
