Hey ba's! Not sure if this is the proper place for this so we will see but me and my friends were talking about putting together a bottle share. Not sure when, not sure where but would like to put it out there to people in htfd county who might be interested... it's something we would like to do within the next couple months and want whoever is interested in sharing some beers to come. Problem is we don't know where we could do something like this? House? Bar? Park? Lol we don't know but we just want to get together with fellow beer lovers to talk/share beer... thoughts,ideas?????
This need's to happen. I know Relic does small shares a couple of times a month, it's possible a place like that would be willing to host, if everyone chipped in like a $5 donation or something. Not sure of the legality of all of this but I do know i've seen restaurants/breweries in CT host large shares in the past, just never anywhere near me.
@Bcelos yea I've seen some pictures on instagram of relic brewing having a bottle share, I also like the idea of some kind of donation and we could put it towards a charity. Hopefully over the next few days/weeks we can come up with some ideas
I'd be interested if it works. Stopped by Relic during one of those. Looks like same bunch of people show up with bottles. Don't think Relic puts it together but doesn't discourage. As for venue, is Camilles still doing their monthly share? Maybe Dave and co would be into it?
I would definitely be interested in this idea. Always up to try some new stuff and meet some new people.

Relic share is 4-7 (sometimes goes later) every thursday and is pretty casual. As far as I know the shares used to be bigger than they are now, but you'd probably want to gauge how big the share would be ahead of time since relic's tap room is a bit on the small side.
