I am currently harvesting some Conan yeast from 4 cans of Heady Topper. I want to make an IPA with the yeast, then wash the yeast to eventually make a Heady clone. Anyone have an idea for a recipe for an IPA that would go well with conan Yeast. I probably will just do a quick Extract batch for this one, but if you have an all-grain version I can convert it. Really just looking at hop schedules.
Bonus points if I can use the hops I have on hand! (pounds of Citra, Amarillo, Belma, Cascade, Magnum, and a little centennial, zythos, palisade, mosaic) but I am thinking of buying some Simcoe and/or columbus to add.
    Thanks!

Given those hop choices, I'd probably do something along the following lines:

    Bitter with magnum (30-50 ibu's)
    15 minute additions: citra, belma (20-30 ibu's)
    flame out additions: amarillo
dry hop: centennial, mosaic, plus either cascade or more belma
