Has anyone cellared Wicked Weed's Black Angel

    I have just recently gotten into sours, so I don't have any in my cellar yet. I recently visited Wicked Weed's Funkatorium and fell in love with Black Angel. Has anyone cellared this one?

    No, but I would expect it to improve with some time. I feel their sours are a little premature, and will do well with some age and development.

    Ive read that it will do exceptionally well with age. I wish I had more so I could age them and try at different times.
