    i want to try this wine and beer...time to add something to my checklist. Things to do before december, 2012. I am going to make some braindeath eventually. I know its going to cost a lot, but Money vs. expierence and experience wins. What kind of hops would pair well with the grassy flavor of "special hops" maybe citra or zues?
