Have I added to much bittering hops?

    I accidentally added 0.2 oz of willamette and 0.2 oz of citra at the 60 minute mark of my boil. It's for a one gallon. Will this be way too bitter?

    for an IPA it can never be too bitter.
    for a light lager, yes.
    for most all else, depends. it will be fine.

    For one gallon of anything, it will be bitter. Like billandsuz said, if it's an IPA, it will be fine. Whatever it is, it will be palatable!
