I accidentally added 0.2 oz of willamette and 0.2 oz of citra at the 60 minute mark of my boil. It's for a one gallon. Will this be way too bitter?
Prolly want to post this in the homebrew forum: http://www.beeradvocate.com/community/forums/homebrewing.8/ . This page is for problems with the site. Cheers!
for an IPA it can never be too bitter. for a light lager, yes. for most all else, depends. it will be fine. edit- you will not really get any meaningful answers around here if you post two sentence questions. brewing is a science and this isn't twitter. ask away. don't be shy.
For one gallon of anything, it will be bitter. Like billandsuz said, if it's an IPA, it will be fine. Whatever it is, it will be palatable!
