I haven't kept track of every bottle I've bought or anything like that but I'm thinking around 3k in my collection

Probably around $500 right now and steadily going down. I started the cellar thing last year and now have no interest in it anymore. Beer stores cellar stuff for me on the shelves and I'll just go buy it when I want something. Too much money invested.

Finally got to my final bottle count...892 bottles. Almost 7 crates of Westy 12 and about 180 mixed bottles both smaller and bigger bottles of Cantillon and 3Fonteinen. Rest is pretty much mixed Belgian beers. We'll see how much hassle this will be taking it all back stateside. Customs broker is going to love me.

Afraid to even place a value on it. Buck a piece thats what i told my wife

I have this info (how much I paid) in a spreadsheet, along with the date and location purchased. With over 500 beers in the cellar, it's a scary value. However, the value has made me cut back on purchasing and enjoy the beer. It's kind of like weight loss - I am 50 beers lower since January 1st! I know I can do it!
